Shipping
Standard shipping is included with every order.

Depending on where your item is produced and the proximity to your location, delivery can take between 2 and 14 days. Tracking is normally available to enable you to monitor progress of your parcel(s).
Returns
Whilst the aim is very much that our made-to-order approach will result in greater customer satisfaction and therefore fewer returns, we recognise that things can occasionally go wrong. Where this happens, we naturally wish to put things right.
